Run your business (or life) within your means so that you can live a good life now, but also invest enough so that when the time comes, you can retire with the same lifestyle. For our business, this means we do not leverage the business with debt. We run our business as if it is the only asset we have to take care of our families for the next 100 years
One of our goals of work and business is to eventually achieve financial freedom. We run our business with this in mind and encourage all of our employees to do the same. It is our belief that any strategy that does not eventually get you to this point is fatally flawed.
